Silvia Podder has the right to ask any participant to modify or cease a particular exercise or to leave a class if, in her professional judgement, participation poses a risk to that person or others. We ask all participants to follow such reasonable instructions.
Please inform us if you are pregnant before booking. Some classes and poses are not appropriate during pregnancy. We offer or can recommend pregnancy-appropriate sessions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to, or remove from a class, any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
