Why Group Classes

More than a class.
A community that keeps you coming back.

Consistency
The rhythm that builds real progress

Regular weekly practice — with faces you recognise and an instructor who knows you — makes showing up feel natural rather than forced. Consistency is where transformation lives.

Energy
The class lifts you when motivation dips

On days when you'd talk yourself out of a solo session, the energy of a group carries you through. Shared effort creates momentum that's hard to replicate alone.

Variety
Three styles, one community

Hatha for foundations, Vinyasa for flow, Yin for deep release. Our programme rotates styles so your body stays challenged and you never plateau or get bored.

Affordability
Expert teaching at accessible prices

Group classes let you access the same expert instruction as private sessions at a fraction of the cost — without sacrificing quality or safety.

Small enough to be seen. Big enough to belong.

Our group classes are deliberately capped at 12 students. That means your instructor can actually see you — correcting alignment in real time, offering modifications, and noticing when something isn't working. You're not lost in a sea of mats.

At the same time, twelve people creates something a private session can't: shared energy. The quiet focus of a room breathing together. The motivation of seeing someone next to you hold a pose you've been working on. The warmth of familiar faces week after week.

This is what makes a great group class more than exercise — it becomes a ritual, a community, a part of your week you protect.

Class Styles

Three styles.
One welcoming space.

Each class type is clearly signposted so you always know what you're coming to. All are suitable for beginners unless otherwise labelled.

🌿

Hatha Yoga

The foundation of all yoga practice. A steady, breath-led class focusing on posture, alignment, and the connection between body and mind. Perfect for beginners and anyone wanting to build a solid base.

🌊

Vinyasa Flow

Movement synchronised with breath in a flowing, dynamic sequence. Builds strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health while creating a meditative state through the rhythm of continuous movement.

Yin Yoga

Slow, deep, restorative. Long-held passive poses target the connective tissue, joints and fascia that active yoga doesn't reach. Deeply calming for the nervous system — a perfect counterbalance to busy life.

Breathwork & Pranayama

Integrated into every session — and occasionally offered as a dedicated breathwork class. Conscious breathing is where the deepest shifts in energy, mood and focus happen.

Guided Meditation

Short guided meditations open or close many of our sessions. We also run dedicated meditation classes for those wanting to go deeper into mindfulness practice.

Regular Practitioners

Depth without a ceiling

Already familiar with yoga? Our Vinyasa and Yin classes offer real challenge and progression. A skilled instructor spotting your alignment in a small group is a qualitatively different experience from a large studio class.

The students who benefit most are the ones who make it a habit. Most of our community started with a single drop-in and now we couldn't imagine a class without them.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Everything you need to know before your first class.

No experience is needed for our Hatha and Yin classes — both are fully accessible to complete beginners. Our Vinyasa classes are also suitable for beginners but some previous exposure to yoga is helpful. Each event listing notes the recommended level.
We cap all group sessions at 12 students. This keeps the class small enough for real instructor attention while maintaining the communal energy that makes group yoga special. Sessions are only confirmed when a minimum of 4 students are booked.
Comfortable, stretchy clothing. A yoga mat if you have one — if not, we can usually provide one. Some classes may also involve props like blocks and straps, which we supply. Just arrive ready to move.
If a session doesn't reach the minimum 4-participant threshold, we'll notify you 24 hours in advance and offer you either a full refund or transfer to the next available session.
Yes — selected sessions are available live online via Zoom. The session listing will clearly indicate whether online participation is available for that class. The experience and instruction quality are identical.
Yes — our 5-class pass offers around 20% saving versus drop-in rates, and our monthly membership is the best value for regular attendees. Both are available through the booking page.
You can cancel your ticket and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the class. Within 48 hours, we can offer a credit transfer to a future session. No-shows are non-refundable.
