Our group classes are deliberately capped at 12 students. That means your instructor can actually see you — correcting alignment in real time, offering modifications, and noticing when something isn't working. You're not lost in a sea of mats.
At the same time, twelve people creates something a private session can't: shared energy. The quiet focus of a room breathing together. The motivation of seeing someone next to you hold a pose you've been working on. The warmth of familiar faces week after week.

The foundation of all yoga practice. A steady, breath-led class focusing on posture, alignment, and the connection between body and mind. Perfect for beginners and anyone wanting to build a solid base.
All levelsMovement synchronised with breath in a flowing, dynamic sequence. Builds strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health while creating a meditative state through the rhythm of continuous movement.
Some experience helpfulSlow, deep, restorative. Long-held passive poses target the connective tissue, joints and fascia that active yoga doesn't reach. Deeply calming for the nervous system — a perfect counterbalance to busy life.

Regular scheduleNever done yoga before? You're in the right place. Our Hatha classes are designed with beginners in mind — clear instructions, no assumptions, and an instructor who checks in with every student.
Already familiar with yoga? Our Vinyasa and Yin classes offer real challenge and progression. A skilled instructor spotting your alignment in a small group is a qualitatively different experience from a large studio class.
