It's a relaxed, low-pressure conversation — not a sales call. We listen to what you're looking for, ask about your experience and any health considerations, talk through what a programme for you might look like, and answer any questions you have. You leave knowing exactly what to expect.
Yes. When you proceed with an individual programme after your consultation, the full cost of the call is credited back against your sessions. You're not paying twice — you're investing once and getting started.
None at all. Private sessions are the ideal way to start yoga if you're a complete beginner — you get expert, patient guidance from day one with no self-consciousness about your level.
Session length is decided together during your consultation based on your goals and schedule. Most individual sessions run 60 minutes, but we can design shorter or longer sessions where they make more sense for you.
In-person in Canary Wharf, at your home or office in East and Central London, or online via Zoom or Google Meet. We decide the format together and you can mix and match across your programme.
Comfortable, stretchy clothing. If in-person, bring a yoga mat if you have one (we can provide one if not). For home visits, just clear a small space — we bring everything else.
Life happens — we get it. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice at no charge. For shorter notice, we ask for as much warning as possible and will always do our best to find an alternative.
