No. All our corporate sessions are designed to be fully accessible regardless of experience level. We offer both standing and seated options to accommodate different physical needs and abilities.
A typical meeting room or open-plan area with furniture temporarily moved works perfectly. We bring any equipment needed — mats, blocks, and props — as part of the service.
Absolutely. Our hybrid delivery format is designed exactly for this. On-site participants work in the room while remote participants join via video link in real time.
We build flexibility into every contract. Participant numbers, session frequency, and delivery formats can all be adjusted with reasonable notice at no extra charge.
We run a confidential wellbeing survey at the start and end of every programme, tracking self-reported stress, energy, focus, and satisfaction. Full comparative reports are included in every package.
